Rilasciata la nuova versione del tema Orta per GTK di cui vi avevo parlato qualche tempo fa.
La nuova versione porta con se un nuovo decoratore finestre per Metacity oltre che numerose altre novità e fix.

- Theme code rewritten in a modular way. Orta now only loads the code needed according to your settings, reducing start up delays.
The theme is also easier to maintain and modify.
- The Orta Settings Manager now uses only absolute paths, to avoid installation errors.

- Default and Squared tabs styles reworked.
- Increased contrast between active and inactive tabs with the Light tabs style.

- Banshee now has a gradient (short of).
- Banshee menubar is now rendered properly with gtk2-pixbuf-engine version 2.20 when the according fix is selected.

Come sempre per installare Orta basterà scaricare il pacchetto, decomprimere la cartella e lanciare il file OrtaSettingsManager.py
Una volta lanciato apparirà una finestra che ci consentirà di personalizzare il tema come piace a noi.
Repository Orta Ubuntu
In alternativa se siete su Ubuntu e derivate potete usare il seguente repository che vi consentirà di avere sempre aggiornato il tema Orta.
Per aggiungere il repository aprite il terminale e date
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nikount/orta-desktop

Una volta installato troverete l'Orta Settings Manager che vi consente di gestire il tema in Sistema --> Preferenze --> Orta Settings Manager
