Amanti delle Qt questa notizia fa per voi. Il team che si occupa dello sviluppo ha rilasciato oggi Qt 5 Beta che giunge dopo ben 15 mesi dall'annuncio dell'avvio dello sviluppo delle Qt 5.
Ma cosa c'è di nuovo nelle Qt 5?

Come potete leggere sono state migliorate le prestazioni con le GPU con risorse limitate. Ad esempio ora è possibile, tramite le Qt 5, raggiungere i 60 fps sul Raspberry Pi. 
Altre migliorie riguardano il QML. Uno delle mission delle Qt 5 è proprio la possibilità concessa agli sviluppatori di realizzare tramite il QML delle interfacce grafiche più ricche e fluide sopratutto per dispositivi touch screen.
Il team si è altresì impegnato per non rompere la compatibilità con le Qt 4 facilitando così il lavoro per gli sviluppatori.
